Changing Lives

An exciting project is being launched in Somersham on 2nd September 2017. ‘Changing Lives’ is a programme of activities specifically for people living with neurological conditions living in Somersham and it’s surrounding villages; Colne, Bluntisham, Earith, Pidley, Old Hurst, Woodhurst and Broughton.
If you are affected by a neurological condition such as, but not exclusively, Parkinson’s, Dementia, MS or Stroke, we are putting on a series of events and activities especially for you. The invitation extends to family, friends and carers who are welcome to share with you, in any of the activities on offer.
Activities include Seated/Standing Exercise tailored to your needs, Nordic Walking or have a taste of the outdoors with Nature Ventures. All instructors are fully qualified and have experience working with neurological conditions.

Costs
£3 per session will be charged (subsidised)
Subsidised transport @ £2 per person can be provided
